UFC’s Tribute to TapouT’s Founder
On March 11, 2009, Lewis died in a high-speed car crash, after his vehicle was hit by a drunk driver in Newport Beach, California. As a tribute to his contributions to the UFC, Mask has been inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame at UFC 100 Fan Expo.
